VENDING SPACE AT THE EVENT FEES

$250 for a 10’x10’ booth space for Friday, December 11, $75 for 10x10 booth space for Saturday, December 12, for the Phoestivus Hangover at the Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market

$250 for a 10X10 booth space for Weekend Two, December 18, $75 for 10x10 booth space for Saturday, December 19, for the Phoestivus Hangover at the Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market

Please note, this is primarliy an UNTENTED event. Tent space is reserved for prepared food vendors and a small amount of artisan vendors. The event will be held both indoors and outdoors, with indoor space reserved for vendors participating in both Friday and Saturday. Single day only vendors will be placed primarily outside.

$350 - $375 for Prepared Food Vendor /Food Trucks/ Prepared Food Vendors will be charged $350 for tent and Food Trucks will be charged $375. You must have a Maricopa County Food Permit at time of event and pass a county food inspection, no refunds will be given to vendors who do not have current permitting or fail the onside county food inspection. No excpetions

POWER
Food trucks & trailers are asked to operate from a generator. Vendors are encouraged to use battery-operated infrastructure to illuminate their tents and displays.

Electricity is extremely limited and available for a fee. Electric requests must be communicated referencing one or both:

$50 per if you would like access to power and is limited and NOT guaranteed.

There will be no equipment rentals available - vendors must bring their own 10’X10' tents, tables, and chairs.

There will be general lighting for the event, not individual tent lighting. You are encouraged to bring festive lighting, this is a night time holiday market, the more “flare” and lighting you bring, the better your booth will look and feel, increasing your chance at better sales.

• We are anticipating space for 170 vendors and 10 - 12 prepared food vendors, and 2 food trucks. We have extended Phoestivus to two weekends this year, due to high demand! Weekend One will be Friday December 11, and Weekend Two will be Friday December 18, with limited availability to stay and join the Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market, the Phoestivus Hangover, the Saturday December 12 & Decmeber 19!

• As always, Phoestivus places priority on Arizona’s artisans! No out-of-state businesses will be considered. We are NOT A RESALE MARKET, we are only looking for items that you have crafted, baked, or created yourself. No resale or AI welcomed.

• Mass-manufactured items are generally not allowed. Items must be collected/crafted/made by your business. A very small number of vendors will be considered with vintage items.

• You will be notified during the second week of November or sooner!
  If you are accepted, your booth payment is due by November 23. Payment will be accepted via Zeffy or check.

• Waitlisted vendors will be considered the week of November 23, and booth fees must be paid by November 29.

• We anticipate a return of some veteran Phoestivus vendors and always introduce new vendors every year to keep choices fresh. We are opening up both weekends to everyone!

• The ideal price points for your wares should be under $100.

• Every year we receive an abundance of jewelry, soaps/skincare, candles, vintage clothing, and pottery applicants. Please be advised that these are highly competitive categories. We cannot stress enough that we are not looking for 3d printed items or any AI. Thank you in advance.
